I have over 15 years experience in contracting plus over 30 years experience in home improvement & repair. I started working for other contractors selling and installing windows & doors. I learned many things. All the way back to 1990 I learned that hiring the right contractor is more important than the products. It’s easy to find really good windows. What is difficult is to find a contractor that operates with honesty and integrity. I give you my word and a gentleman and a neighbor; I will always perform my duties from a perspective of integrity. I sleep well knowing I have done the right thing for every single customer I have ever dealt with. This will not change.
That said, when I passed all the tests and was awarded my license; I made myself a couple promises. First, to never leave a customer hanging. That is you. I will always place your needs up front. Second, I promised myself to pay above average wages. My employees; they will all be paid a living wage. Well paid, I want them to consider my company a career position. Not a job.
